AP Service Station, Ladipo, Mushin, Lagos. We worked with the Ardova (AP) project team and the Service Station Manager to scope the renovation project and deliver AP's new Retail Customer Experience with minimum disruption to the stations retail operations. AP Ladipo is situated in the middle of the used auto spare parts market in Ladipo-Mushin. This posed a logistics challenge as Ladipo is known for its dense traffic on market days.

This renovation project was targeted to be completed in time for the yuletide sales. With a collaborative partnership with the client and the station manager, we were able to deliver the project on time.

On this renovation project we worked an extra half shift to speed up the delivery. It was the yuletide month and we didn’t want the station to miss out on any of the sales. It was really refreshing to deliver the project ahead of time.

In partnership with Impasse Technologies Limited, we delivered the civil works scope for the POP site, and provided support for other works, such as the Mechanical and Electrical installations. We also supported the local community by ensuring that most of our artisans and labour were locals.
